    The **Senior Director of IT Transformation** will oversee global IT transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with all executive leadership, and lead management efforts to ensure efficient delivery of IT services to support R1. This role will report directly into the Senior Vice President, PMO & Transformation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop a comprehensive IT transformation innovation roadmap to drive technological advancements and operational efficiencies throughout the IT organization.

     

    Execute IT transformation initiatives to enhance user experience, improve process efficiency, and optimize costs.

     

    Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure the success of IT transformation projects.

     

    Work closely with various IT and business departments to ensure cohesive and integrated IT transformation efforts.

     

    Manage budgets and financials related to IT transformation projects, and work with Finance to co-develop tracking mechanisms to measure budget savings for all transformation initiatives.

     

    Incorporate organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new technologies and processes as needed.

    Required Skills:

    + Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 10 years in a senior IT Operations or Infrastructure role in global companies of 50K+ employees.

    + Strong transformational end user computing and IT Operational leadership experience in dynamic environments.

    + Significant experience with Cloud migrations (Azure), supporting M&A integrations and digital transformation projects required.

    + Expertise in emerging technologies and digital transformation strategies.

    + Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing large-scale IT transformation projects within global organizations.

    + Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT transformation projects.

    + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IT operations. Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. L1/L2 IT Support best practices, ITSM

    + Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are a plus.

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $175,475.52 - $236,527.59 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
