Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
About Platform Distribution & Partnerships: Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.
The Coordinator, Partner Marketing’s primary function is to support the development and execution of strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives that advance NBCUniversal’s relationships and business objectives. This role will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise and Marketing Partnerships team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
+ Support day-to-day execution of Enterprise and Marketing partner campaigns, from kickoff through launch.
+ Coordinate creative brief submissions, asset trafficking, internal approvals, and timelines for marketing deliverables.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, creative, legal, communications, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
+ Maintain detailed trackers for creative timelines, partner obligations, and marketing deliverables.
+ Contribute to ideation sessions and conduct partner research to identify new opportunities.
+ Develop and assemble presentation materials, including partnership pitch decks and campaign recaps.
+ Provide support for client relations and internal and external events, including travel and overtime as needed for event support.
+ Compile and track performance metrics for marketing assets across partner and owned channels.
+ Organize and maintain team and departmental resources such as programming overviews, campaign calendars, partnership trackers, and status documents.
+ Provide administrative support as needed, including meeting coordination, invoice tracking, note-taking, and other tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years professional experience preferred
+ Experience working in a partnerships or marketing organization a plus
+ Computer literacy required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
+ Familiarity with streaming bundle landscape and entertainment partnerships

+ Able to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines

+ Passion for streaming and innovative marketing
+ Team player who is willing to pitch in on last minute, high priority projects as needed
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
