We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Associate Manager to lead our Production Design & Operations Application Group, a team that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment\.     What you'll be doing:

    \* Lead a team of full stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the team's success

     

    \* Manage the design, development, testing, and maintenance of production operation applications, ensuring high\-quality results and timely delivery

     

    \* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to identify and prioritize project requirements

     

    \* Develop and manage technical project plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

     

    \* Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high\-quality results in a fast\-paced environment

     

    \* Coordinate with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that solutions meet their needs

     

    \* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, product management, and other engineering teams

     

    \* Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5\+ years of experience in full stack development, or with 2\+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership

    • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

    • Strong project management skills, including scope management and stakeholder management

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and customer stakeholders

    • Experience with team management tools, including Jira, Confluence

    • Proven Full Spectrum Leadership Skills/Qualities

    • Working knowledge of EO applications, business processes and technologies

    • Proven ability to successfully lead teams across dispersed organizations and geographical locations is critical

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript

    • Experience with infrastructure management

    • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment \(CI/CD\) pipelines

    • Strong understanding of database concepts and application framework\.

    • Strong understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption

    • Certification in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner

    • Experience with vendor management

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Full\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site\. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 \- $217,695\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 \- $192,510\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
