    For more than 40 years, Derco, A Lockheed Martin Company, has provided logistics and technical support for fixed\-wing and rotary aircraft\. We are an industry leader, offering a suite of fleet management solutions, including spares distribution, logistics solutions, repair and overhaul services and technical solutions\.

    THE WORK

    Specific Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for all financial aspects of their assigned programs

    • Maintaining a baseline and ETC

    • Performing monthly journal entries to manually recognize revenue

    • Working with the Program Management Office on ad hoc reporting

    • Quarterly EAC/CSR reviews

    • Support to the Derco Sub\-Market Segment FP&A Lead

    • Financial Metrics Calculations

    WHO YOU ARE

    You are a detail\-oriented individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles and Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and financial modeling\. You should possess a unique blend of technical skills, such as experience with Earned Value Management and financial reporting tools, and soft skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial information to support informed decision\-making\.

     

    A level 3 employee is mid\-career and typically has 4 to 6\+ years of professional experience\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Degree in relevant field

    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IFS and Logic Gates \(OR, AND, XOR\)

    • Track record of working under self\-direction and owning financial information

    • Knowledge of accounting principles in relation to cost controls, journal entries and revenue recognition

    • Experience with the Quarterly financial reporting process \(Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash\)

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Earned Value Management \(EVMS\)

    • Experience with Deltek COBRA

    • Experience on a Performance Based Logistics \(PBL\) contract

    • Experience in FP&A with CSRs and the LRP

    • Experience with Exchange, Transform and Load \(ETL\) systems such as Power Query, Tableau Prep or Alteryx\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
