    What You Will Do

    - JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for supporting Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) activities. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, primarily supporting Corporate FP&A reporting and analysis of overheads and manufacturing cost center indirect costs. This position reports directly to the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner.

    - WHAT YOU WILL DO

    + Supports the local Budget and forecasting process including ownership of reporting and analysis of Corporate overheads and manufacturing indirect cost center costs

    + Analyses and challenges department budget and forecast submissions for reasonableness and consistency to targets and expectations

    + Leads the actual monthly reporting of Corporate overheads and manufacturing indirect costs by owning monthly reporting packages for accuracy and completeness before publishing to department and cost center owners

    + Investigates and provides clear and concise explanations of variances vs forecasts, business plans, and prior periods leading to actionable recommendations

    + Investigates any unusual variances for accuracy of underlying expense postings, leads investigation of any discrepancies with business partners, recommends and owns correction of any errors, investigates root causes of any errors and makes recommendations for process improvements and/or improved control(s) to mitigation future errors

    + Supports the rest of FP&A team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting

    + Partners with Global Business Services for parent level reporting consistency and appropriate messaging of actual performance to plans

    + Supports continuous improvements via thought leadership to proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and reporting

    + Drives enhancements of datamanagement/validationand automation to more efficiently and effectively visualize outputs (e.g., PowerBI and Power Query)

    Qualifications

    - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study and 3-5+ years of specific, demonstrated FP&A and/or accounting work experience

    Skills and Experience:

    + Strong Accounting Knowledge – Demonstrated ability to hold technical conversations of underlying accounting impact to FP&A responsibilities based on US GAAP (IFRS a plus)

    + Strong Financial and Strategic Acumen – Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into strategy and strategy into execution.

    + Collaboration & Influence – Ability to build business relationships with other department and cost center owners

    + Demonstrated ability to operate with speed, focus and accuracy.

    + Biased toward action and executing deliverables timely

    + Comfortable navigating with ambiguity, raising standards, and driving change

    + Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

    + Experience with large corporate enterprise level systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, NetSuite, etc)

    + Experience with large corporate planning systems (SAP BPC, SAP Cloud Analytics, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, etc.)
