    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee the administration of program governance and support key business functions for our Branch Transformation Program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to optimizing business processes while maintaining compliance with policies and industry regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee end-to-end program governance and associated documentation, ensuring rules, policies and structures guiding the program are properly implemented and followed.

    + Coordinate and manage initiatives that support the retail network transformation strategy.

    + Act as the point of contact, facilitating communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in decision-making.

    + Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with key stakeholders.

    + Prepare and organize meetings, draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure action items are .

    + Plan, coordinate, and host executive sessions and problem-solving sessions.

    + Obtain regular updates and prepare workstream status reports for key projects and initiatives.

    + Present information clearly and concisely, anticipating needs and addressing questions or concerns.

    + Prepare, review, and compose executive presentations, including those with confidential and sensitive information.

    + Monitor performance, tracking progress, risks and outcomes to ensure objectives are met.

    + Analyze data and produce insights to optimize performance, identify problems, and propose solutions.

    + Manage and maintain internal governance SharePoint site as a record retention depository.

    + Develop and coordinate distribution of timely, relevant communications for branch transformation projects

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships across business lines.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience.

    + Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

    + Business support/project management experience

    + Understanding of Retail banking

    + Proficiency in MS365 suite, including SharePoint, PowerApps(preferred), and advanced Excel skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

    + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    + Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and projects.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

    + Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.

     

    This position requires a high degree of accuracy and due diligence, as well as the ability to work across multiple lines of business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.     Hours & Work Schedule

     

    + Hours per Week: 40

    + Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

     

    Other locations considered; will be based out of a Citizens office location and follow a hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite/week.
