What’s a typical day as Customer Care Representative II? You’ll be:

- Entering and verifying customer orders while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Monitoring queues and taking appropriate actions within 24 hours, including expediting and coordinating timely shipments with manufacturing sites.

- Providing timely order status updates and information to both internal and external customers, ensuring effective order management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of client-facing customer service and/or supply chain experience.

- Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

- Are computer proficient, especially with MS Office (Excel and Word), and have good written and verbal communication skills. SAP experience and order management experience are preferred but not required.
