    Pay Rate: **$32.19/hr.**

     

    Shifts Available: **2nd (2:00pm – 12:30am)**

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Performed complex aircraft installations, repairs, and troubleshooting using blueprints, specifications, and various tools, ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards.

    + Collaborated in a team-oriented environment to complete tasks through final inspection, coordinated with other departments, and maintained accurate documentation for materials and installations.

    + Trained and guided team members, interpreted technical documents, developed shop aids, and supported continuous improvement and safety programs like 5S and FOD.

    + Managed workstation responsibilities including resource planning, maintaining cleanliness, supporting flight and final phase testing, and updating required logs and records.

    Must-Haves:

    + Must be able to use mathematical formulas and solve dimensional problems using fractions, decimals, and whole numbers

    + Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to use various measuring devices within specified tolerances

    + Completion of Production Quality training

    + Experience with Solumina and SmarTeam preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

    + Skilled in close tolerance work and use of special tools for drilling, reaming, ship fitting parts, etc.

    + Proficient in operating hydraulic mule pumps, tools, fixtures, and jigs

    + Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
