    As a key role in Pratt & Whitney's Commercial Engines organization, the Senior Manager of Integrated Material Solutions will lead efforts to drive the material delivery performance for commercial aftermarket customers, including Airlines and our Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) network. In this highly visible role, you will be pursuing spare and repair material readiness for our aftermarket customers. This will be achieved through analytical assessments and operational execution. By driving new processes and solutions to identify and mitigate emerging material challenges prior to customer impact. This is a broadly engaged role which is required to lead integrated material support strategies with cross-functional teams including Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Accounts, Delivery Assurance, Commercial Programs, Industrial, Aftermarket Ops, CAIPT engineering, and more.

    What You Will Do:

    + Analyze data to identify material constraints and collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and execute solutions to support the MRO plan.

    + Create Line Of Balance to determine the timing of the shortage

    + Communicate the shortages to cross functional and leadership teams

    + Cross-functional project management and team leadership to drive timely repair development, inspections, and limit allowance initiatives and implementation.

    + Actively engage and drive key support functions including Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Demand Planning, Delivery Assurance, Customer Accounts, OEM/Aftermarket Operations and Engine Services on critical mitigation initiatives.

    + Track and present key metrics focused on GTF MRO part risk.

    + Support status reviews with Commercial Engines executive leadership, Integrated Program Teams (IPMTs) and Aftermarket Integrated Program Teams (AIPTs).

    + Participate in weekly cross-functional reviews with CAIPTs to status ongoing issues with a focus on identifying aftermarket focused solutions.

    + Lead special risk mitigation projects as needed

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience to include Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include Supply Chain, Business or Engineering

    + Commercial Aerospace experience

    + SAP experience

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + Prior Aerospace Aftermarket experience

    + Experience with Project Management and Data Analytics

    + Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization

    + Experience leading cross- functional project teams without authority

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Power Point, Access.

    + Advanced SAP experience

    + Experience with data visualization software packages (PowerBI, Qlik)

    The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
