**We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Clerk (Night Warehouse Clerk) to join our team in Bensenville, IL (60106).** In this warehouse-support role, you will perform various clerical duties to assist night operations and logistics, including processing documentation, updating reports, and supporting the warehouse and transportation teams. Job Details:

**Position:** Operations Clerk (Night Warehouse Clerk)

**Location:** Bensenville, Illinois 60106

**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire

**Pay Rate:** $24.00/hour

**Schedule:** Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

**Worksite:** Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and prepare documentation such as inbound forms, discrepancy reports, stock claims, and delivery logs

+ Support warehouse and transportation teams by maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and performance metrics

+ Respond to general inquiries from internal teams and ensure timely data entry for operational reporting

+ Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate purchase orders as needed

+ May require occasional work in warehouse environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas

Qualifications:

Education:

+ High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

+ Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience required

+ Experience in a warehouse or distribution business preferred

Skills:

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support cross-functional teams

+ Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service Regulations and logistics systems (preferred but not required)
