    Summary:

    Support the growing space of Wearables AI Products through strategic investment and ROI analyses

    Required Skills:

    Finance Business Operations Associate, Wearables Responsibilities:

    1. Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis

    2. Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights throughout the product development process

    3. Enable data-driven decision making & analysis of product decisions and strategic roadmap investments

    4. Develop ROI analysis on investments in AI products with an understanding of cost drivers and long-term strategic implications for wearable products

    5. Analyze critical capital Investments, headcount requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements

    6. Develop financial reporting and insights to business leaders through scenario based modeling and long-range forecasting

    7. Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross functional owners

    8. Develop working business partnerships with various functions across Reality Labs and Finance

    Minimum Qualifications:

    9. 4+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, or product management

    10. Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field

    11. Experience building financial models

    12. Experience in synthesizing strategic insights for executives

    13. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with leadership

    14. Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity

    Preferred Qualifications:

    15. Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company

    16. Experience with SQL, Oracle, and Hyperion

    Public Compensation:

    $101,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
