Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional for our Global Compliance Learning Operations team. This role involves overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and support of audits for required training programs. The individual will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills:

Learning Operations Specialist, Global Scaled Compliance Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of learning operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success. The team delivers multiple projects across regions and business groups

2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of learning operations

3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners

4. Compliance Expertise: Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing subject matter advice and guidance to the team and stakeholders

5. Manage Audit Processes: Monitor compliance metrics, address gaps or issues promptly, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of learning compliance across the organization

6. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning operations, providing regular reports to executive stakeholders and leadership

7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including learning and development, HR, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of learning operations with broader business objectives

9. Operational Scalability and Automation: Define and implement scalable processes and automation tools to handle increasing volume of training audits and compliance checks efficiently

10. Operational Scalability and Automation: Evaluate and integrate learning management systems (LMS) and audit tools to streamline operations

Minimum Qualifications:

11. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field

12. 5+ years of experience in learning operations, compliance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

13. Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies

14. Experience in project management and effective communication with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels

15. Experience analyzing complex data and providing insights to inform decision-making

16. Experience in problem-solving and using critical thinking skills

17. Experience with audit and compliance processes

Public Compensation:

$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
