We have developed best-in-class collaboration models with agencies and our cross-company creative network to ensure a consistent and relevant creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our products.Creative X Program Managers are a team of strategic leaders who work closely with CX, Marketing and Product to plan and manage brand foundations and cross-channel initiatives such as animation, iconography, illustration, typography, evergreen core assets, renders etc. Program Managers speak the language of creative and design, drive initiatives, ensure alignment with brand strategy, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deliver high quality systems and projects.

    Required Skills:

    Program Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Understand and influence brand marketing creative plans

    2. Prioritize projects with Marketing and Brand Strategy based on impact, company objectives and resources

    3. Proactively identify opportunities for brand building and x-channel creative synergies

    4. Effectively lobby and win support for new initiative

    5. Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects

    6. Build relationships with Creative X team, Marketers, Strategists and Product Design

    7. Lead partnerships with external agencies

    8. Consult with other program managers and producers as a brand expert

    9. Manage brand foundation and/or core assets (library of motion and static evergreen assets) initiatives and ensure successful delivery and implementation (inclusive of strategic development, brief development, design expression, research, guidelines development, asset distribution, implementation and brand governance)

    10. Central point of contact for CX team, Marketing and agencies

    11. Define scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting and actualization at a project level

    12. Manage creative reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership

    13. Prioritize competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions

    Minimum Qualifications:

    14. 8+ years of experience in program management at a creative or design agency and/or in-house brand design team

    15. Proven track record of building multiple large-scale brand design systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectory

    16. Experience in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment with product and marketing, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large organization

    17. Experience setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking

    18. Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

    19. Experience prioritizing competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions

    20. Highly organized and process-oriented

    $116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
