As a Senior HR Generalist you will be r esponsible for supporting business leaders across all Human Resources disciplines including Talent Management, Talent Selection, Coaching, Employee Relations , Compensation and Leader Development. The HR Business Partner engages in and supports business strategy and works with leaders to build organizational capabilities.
+ Consults with leaders, providing guidance and coaching that enables effective performance management. Partner with leaders and employee relations, when necessary, to execute corrective action processes.
+ Partners with leaders to evaluate and address workforce planning needs. Develop an understanding of the current business landscape, future business strategies, and annual budgets to provide guidance on personnel changes. Assist with creation of job specifications as needed.
+ Works with HR Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to assess and select candidates for open positions. Serves as an onboarding resource for new employees. Assess effectiveness of new hires, leveraging organizational effectiveness tools and resources where appropriate.
+ Executes cyclical talent management processes. Consult with leaders to ensure annual performance management practices are effective and completed in a timely manner.
+ Consults with managers on employee pay and incentive programs. Partners with HR Compensation team to analyze and evaluate job specifications and make changes to employee compensation packages.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Business and 3 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 7 years of related Human Resources experience.
Employee relations experience and knowledge employment laws. Talent management experience including performance management.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: 5 years of related experience in Human Resources. Strong coaching skills.
Excellent team building, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
