• Android Product Support Program Manager

    Job Description:

    + This role supports the Android product line by managing launches, improving customer-facing content, analyzing support operations data, and identifying areas for improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    + Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Android user experience by:

    + Managing product launches effectively.

    + Enhancing customer-facing content and support resources.

    + Analyzing user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Implementing process improvements to optimize support operations.

    Experience:

    + ​​ **Experience:** 4-5+ years of experience in program management or a related field. Strong experience in business analytics and process improvement.

    + **Project Management:** Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + **Business/Data Analytics:** Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to extract insights from data sets.

    + **Continuous Improvement:** Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    + **Tools or Applications Experience:** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

    Skills:

    + Experience working within the mobile technology industry.

    + Familiarity with the Android ecosystem.

    + PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required).

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field experience.
