Primary Purpose
The Regional Manager, Fence is responsible for leading fence operations across an assigned region, driving execution of national strategy, optimizing performance, and developing talent. This role provides
direct leadership to branch-embedded fence teams and serves as the operational link between field execution and national direction. With accountability for safety, OTIF (on time and in full) performance,
inventory management, and asset efficiency, this role ensures high-quality, cost-effective service delivery that aligns with United Site Services’ standards and customer expectations.
Essential Functions
• Lead and develop regional fence team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and
development opportunities.
• Execute national fence strategies at the regional level in alignment with operational, safety, and service
objectives.
• Partner with local branch leaders to ensure proper staffing, training, and performance of fence crews.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as OTIF, install duration, asset utilization, and service quality.
• Oversee regional inventory management of fence assets, coordinating with branches to redeploy, repair, or
retire materials.
• Support seasonal labor planning, hiring, and onboarding of fence personnel in partnership with field
leadership and HR.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to plan for large-scale installations and peak demand
periods.
• Provide input into CapEx planning by identifying regional asset needs, forecasting demand, and supporting
implementation of approved investments.
• Conduct site visits and operational reviews to assess compliance, safety, and process execution.
• Identify and implement regional process improvements to drive consistency, safety, and efficiency.
• Provide field-level insights to inform national strategy, investment planning, and SOP refinement.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficient in Excel and operational management tools; ERP or asset tracking system
experience a plus.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range
$105,000.00 – $125,000.00 / year
