    About the Opportunity:

    + Exciting opportunity for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Trauma and Critical Care team at York Hospital

    + Full-time position; Day/Night schedule with rotating weekends

    + Non-Surgical; Experience in trauma/critical care or wound care preferred

    + Employed position with a large, well-respected medical group of over 2,300 providers

    + Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work in a team setting

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education:

    + Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or

    + Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required

    + Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred

    Work Experience:

    + 1 year Relevant experience. Required

    Licenses:

    + Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

    + National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire Required and

    + Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

    Courses and Training:

    + BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

    + Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners and appropriate clinical specialty certification. Upon Hire Required or

    + Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program. Upon Hire Required
