• Retail & Commerce Ads Campaign Marketer

    US Tech Solutions (San Francisco, CA)


    Job Description:

    + This role will be responsible for measuring and improving perception of our Commerce and Retail Ads products in priority growth segments.

    + Responsibilities include defining and establishing product market fit measurement, customer feedback loops, and message testing for our portfolio and hero products.

    + Ideal candidate has worked with market research and insights teams, understands perception measurement methodologies, and has deep knowledge of the retail and commerce sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    + Closely supervise external market research agency, project managing timelines, aid in compiling feedback and proposed changes to surveys.

    + Work across various marketing, UX research, and other cross-functional teams to help recap research learnings, prepare for leadership presentations and milestones.

    + Help organize qualitative feedback sessions directly with Client retail and commerce advertisers, including in-person and virtual event sessions.

    + Aid in updating our retail and commerce product positioning based on outcomes of research and advertiser feedback.

    Mandatory:

    + 5 years of experience working on marketing teams.

    + Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns specifically designed for the retail and commerce sectors.

    + Drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize ROI through effective campaign management.

    + Knowledge of Client paid and free merchant shopping offerings, including advertising campaign types.

    + Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects like research, narratives, and large campaigns.

    Desired:

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills.

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure market research performance.

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
