Program Summary
KBR's Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) division provides defense, intelligence, and space innovation technology at the speed of tomorrow. We deliver mission critical services to the U.S. military and coalition partners around the world. Our solutions help ensure mission success at Hill AFB by providing logistics supply support to a variety of customers onsite.
Job Summary
The Logistics Supply Clerk will work in a fast-paced warehousing environment that includes receiving, picking, processing, and delivering actuator and pump parts for several different aircraft platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate daily logistical operations, including inventory control and on-time delivery of goods.
+ Plan and schedule kits for internal customers based on production needs.
+ Track and manage inventory, ensuring all components are available and quantities are accurate.
+ Communicate effectively with the supply chain team and follow all safety procedures.
+ Receive, unpack, and process assets, including taking photos of damaged or missing goods.
+ Validate and retain all pertinent paperwork, scanning and filing electronically for five years.
+ Enter units into the Parker Repair Online (ROL) system and release jobs into the MSS system.
+ Induct assets into the CAV system and manage detailed parts from Parker OEM Divisions.
+ Conduct monthly and annual cycle counts, ensuring FIFO inventory management.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Lead, including mandatory overtime as needed.
Basic Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. citizen.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain base access.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (familiar with basic formulas) and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Knowledge of MSS, RCARD, or similar computer software systems.
