Responsibilities:

+ HOURS: 5 X 8's

+ Assist in all phases of construction: site prep, concrete, framing, rough carpentry, punch-out, and cleanup

+ Use hand and power tools for basic construction tasks

+ Load and unload materials, set up tools/equipment, and prep job sites

+ Work alongside carpenters, masons, plumbers, and electricians as needed

+ Operate basic equipment or assist heavy equipment operators with spotting and signaling

+ Read and follow instructions from foremen, blueprints, or layout plans

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite at all times

Qualifications:

+ Be able to complete / pass pre-employment screenings to work on a

+ Federal Installation

+ Be eligible to work in the United States

+ 4+ years of construction labor experience across multiple trades or job phases

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physically demanding work

+ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, PPE usage, and jobsite protocols

+ Comfortable using a variety of construction tools and materials

+ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

+ Willingness to take direction and contribute as part of a team

+ Have full PPE and wear it on-site at all times
