This multifaceted role is responsible for overseeing the remediation of contracts in response to regulatory, operational or strategic changes, maintaining governance framework; and coordinating change management efforts across impacted business units. This role acts as a central coordinator across Legal, Contract Management, Subject Matter Experts, TPROF, Sourcing, and Business teams to ensure successful execution of contract updates, governance adoption and effective change enablement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Remediation Strategy
1. Lead enterprise-wide assessments of contractual frameworks to identify strategic risks, compliance gaps, and remediation opportunities aligned with evolving legal, regulatory, and business landscapes.
2. Drive regulatory and organizational compliance by evaluating existing agreements against updated standards and risk frameworks.
3. Partner with senior stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, and Business Unit leaders, to prioritize and execute high-impact contract renegotiations and updates.
4. Oversee the governance of remediation workflows, ensuring precision in tracking milestones, deliverables, and version control across all contract lifecycle stages.
5. Champion the development and institutionalization of forward-looking contract templates and risk-mitigating clauses to future-proof enterprise agreements.
Governance Model Leadership
6. Architect and operationalize governance structures that align with Enterprise Control Standards (ECS) and strategic business objectives.
7. Facilitate executive governance forums, ensuring clarity in decision-making through robust documentation such as RACI matrices, procedural workflows, and decision logs.
8. Monitor policy adherence, escalate non-compliance, and deliver actionable insights to enhance governance maturity and operational resilience.
9. Collaborate with risk and compliance leaders to embed controls that strengthen contractual and organizational governance.
Enterprise Change Enablement
10. Spearhead change initiatives tied to contract remediation and governance transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise change management strategies.
11. Design and deliver executive-level communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to drive adoption and cultural alignment.
12. Establish and monitor organizational readiness and adoption KPIs to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of change efforts.
13. Serve as a strategic liaison across project teams, business leaders, legal advisors, and technology partners to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Project Management or related field
2. 8-10 years’ experience in contract management, compliance, governance or change management roles
3. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal terminology
4. Familiar with organization change management frameworks
5. Excellent project coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
6. Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, CLM DocuSign, Archer
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in Change Management
2. Experience with regulatory remediation projects
3. Experience in financial services
