**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Production Support/Business Analyst to support Kadiak and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Support / Business Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our software solutions not only meet business requirements but are also robust, reliable, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of problem solving, analytical, communication, quality assurance expertise, actively participating throughout the software development lifecycle and supporting the user community.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
System Support and Maintenance:
+ Provide Tier 1 and 2 production support for the client, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and ensuring system availability and reliability for end-users.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for all production activities, audits, and reporting.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to manage production-related issues and activities.
Requirements Analysis:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including acquisition and contracting teams, to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for client project enhancements and updates.
Process Optimization:
+ Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making and ensure compliance with client and business/system environment policies.
+ Create and distribute system and business support documents such as, but not limited to, training materials, user guides, user release notes, etc.
User Support and Training:
+ Assist end-users with system functionalities and capabilities, provide training, and create user guides or supporting documentation to enhance system adoption and usability.
+ Responsible for adding or modifying user accounts, testing, and troubleshooting issues in production environments.
System Integration and Testing:
+ Coordinate with IT teams to support system integration, testing, and validation of application updates, ensuring usability of the application.
+ Perform testing, analysis, and verification in both the UAT and Production environments, including ticket validation, data integration testing with partner teams, and producing related reports.
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
Experience:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Production Support, Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a government environment.
+ Experience with production support for enterprise-level applications, including issue resolution and system maintenance.
+ Familiarity with acquisition and contracting processes, ideally within a government agency.
+ Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
+ Experience with configuration management and change-control processes.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in business analysis tools.
+ Familiarity with acquisition management systems or contract lifecycle management software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
+ Ability to work efficiently and effectively remotely.
Other Requirements:
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
