    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $56.41 -_ _$56.41_ _/ hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours

    + Perform construction laborer duties such as: Site cleanup Interior selective Demolition of walls/ piping

    + Moving Materials

    + Debris removal

    + Forklift / Scissor lift operation

    + Trenching and digging

    + Loading and unloading

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Follow and maintain safety practices

    + Complete other duties assigned per direction of the Supervisor

    Qualifications:

    + Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S

    + Current Forklift/ Scissor lift certification is a plus

    + Prior Demolition experience in the Construction field

    + 1+ years of prior experience working at a commercial / residential site or have attended a trade school

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience using Prior experience using hand and power tools Preferred
