Required Skills:

Product Designer Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop solutions to applications and digital user interfaces.

2. Duties include: Build and ship applications or software at the level of whole features across a variety of platforms.

3. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are suitable for supported platforms.

4. Prototype to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.

5. Create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.

6. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.

7. Craft designs within existing system and standards.

8. Work on application and design problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

11. 1. Building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features or products across a variety of platforms

12. 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs

13. 3. Prototyping

14. 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography

15. 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users

16. 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts

17. 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences

18. 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing and

19. 9. Conducting end-to-end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and high fidelity prototypes.

$163,599/year to $183,370/year + bonus + equity + benefits
