**BAYADA Home Health Care** is looking for a **Senior Manager/ Associate Director** to take the reins of our **Fairfax, VA Assistive Care Office** —a growth-ready location with huge upside potential. What We’re Looking For:

+ **Track record of driving growth** in a competitive, relationship-driven environment

+ Minimum **2 years in a healthcare leadership role** (home care/home health a plus)

+ **Deep understanding of the Fairfax, VA market** or ability to ramp up fast

+ Proven ability to build and manage a team, hit goals, and own results
