    About the Role:

    As a Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing and improving revenue-related processes within the BayCare system. This role requires a high level of analytical skill, healthcare finance knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Analyze and interpret data related to revenue operations and make strategic recommendations

    + Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools

    + Monitor trends in reimbursement, payer activity, and utilization to identify risks and opportunities

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, revenue cycle, and clinical departments

    + Support regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, and internal audits as needed

    + Assist in the development and implementation of revenue-related policies and procedures

    + Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

    + **Preferred:** Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration

    Experience:

    + **Required:** 5 years of relevant experience in **healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or reimbursement analytics**

    + **Preferred:** Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization/reporting tools
