    The Provider Recruitment Specialist:

    + Supports the growth of BayCare Medical Group by providing support to the Physician Recruitment team. Will assist with activities associated with physician recruitment and primarily onboarding of new physicians, advanced practice providers, and other positions as assigned.

    + These activities include coordination and communication with incoming providers, acting as a liaison for the physician recruitment department with other teams involved in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required Experience:

    + Requires 2 years administrative support experience in Physician Recruitment, Human Resources, Customer Service or similar field.

    Required Education:

    + Required - High School or Equivalent;

    + Preferred - Associates - Related Field

    + Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field
