    **Required:** 1 year of office related experience

    Position details:

    **Facility:** Morton Plant Hospital – Outpatient Rehabilitation Center

    **Location:** Clearwater, FL

    **Status:** Full Time

    **Hours:** 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Monday-Friday

    Department Secretary Responsibilities:

    + Provides general secretarial support to the department

    + Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings

    + Managing inventory and ordering of supplies

    + Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members

    + Word processing and computer program use

    + Directing calls

    + Recording minutes at assigned meetings

    + Time and attendance

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education:

    + High School Diploma
