    Summary:

    Provide general secretarial support to the department. Duties may include maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings, inventory and ordering of supplies, greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members, word processing and computer program use, directing calls, recording minutes at assigned meetings, time and attendance, and any other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    Essential:

    * HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    Nonessential:

    * Associates Degree

    Education equivalent experience:

    Essential:

    * Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Related Field
