    Weareseekingahands-onPegaLeadSystemsArchitect (LSA)toleadandguideapodof7–10developersinthedesign,development,anddeliveryofPega-basedenterprisesolutions.ThisfullyremotecontractroleisidealforanexperiencedandcertifiedPegaprofessionalwhoiscomfortablebothleadingtechnicalteamsandcontributingdirectlytosolutiondevelopment.

     

    Youwillberesponsibleforensuringbestpracticesarefollowed,conductingdesign/codereviews,mentoringdevelopers,andmaintaininghighqualityacrossdeliverables.

    + Providearchitecturaloversightandhands-ondevelopmentinPega8.xenvironments

    + Conductdesignreviews,enforcedesignandcodingstandards,andensuretechnicalquality

    + TranslatebusinessrequirementsintoscalableandmaintainablePegasolutions

    + Collaboratewithstakeholders,projectmanagers,andbusinessanalyststoalignondeliverables

    + Guidesolutionarchitecture,datamodeling,andsystemintegrationapproaches

    + Supportsprintplanningandtechnicalbacklogrefinement

    Qualifications

    Required** **Qualifications

    + PegaCertifiedLeadSystemArchitect (CLSA)

    + Minimum 5+yearsofPegadevelopmentexperience,includinglarge-scaleenterpriseprojects

    + Lead experience

    + Hands-onexpertisewithPega8.xplatform (applicationdevelopment,integration,casemanagement,etc.)

    + Strongexperiencewithdesignpatterns,guardrails,andperformanceoptimizationinPega

    + ProvenexperienceleadingteamsandprovidingtechnicalcoachinginAgileenvironments

    + Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationskills

    + Comfortableworkingindependentlyinaremote,contractorcapacity
