The Senior Supply Chain/Procurement Manager is responsible for material availability supporting the Master Schedule, while maintaining Inventory targets. Establish, analyze, and maintain an attainable MPS for all Systems and Independent Demand.

What we Expect:
+ Accountable for maintaining valid plans. Attends weekly planning meetings to ensure all schedules are valid
+ Communicates formally, as necessary, with suppliers, schedulers, production personnel, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing to plans remain valid
+ Serve as the single point of contact for the Division (Marketing, Sales Enablement, Demand Planning, Customer Service, etc.) for all supply issues including Procurement, Manufacturing, Service and Distribution. Work with all supply-side parties to positively affect outcomes.
+ Coordinate with the supply chain to assure that adequate capacity exists to meet the Demand Plan and attain Service Level targets. Understands the product, production process, and supplier interfaces; accountable for maintaining a valid plan
+ Maintains a quarterly audit of material records to ensure accurate planning parameters are in place (IE Lead Times, Safety Stocks, etc.)
+ Drives continuous improvement in planning parameters (Lead times, order quantities, safety stocks, etc.)
+ Lead the IBP/S&OP Supply side process in alignment with the Demand Planner and in support of corporate harmonization and improvement efforts. Uses the ERP / Planning system as the priority setting mechanism. Resolves action/exception messages daily
+ Manage the inventory for the Division in alignment with service and inventory targets
+ Uses Firm Planned Orders to increase planning stability as necessary
+ In periods of material supply problems uses pegging and bottom-up re-planning to determine requirement sources and to resolve problems without impacting customer service or driving instability into the supply chain plans
+ Actively manages the integration of NPI, OEM/CM and Acquisitions into the Supply Model at the earliest possible time
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent.
+ Requires 7-10 years prior experience in a fast-paced material environment with proven track record in Master Scheduling/Production Planning in a FDA approved Electro-Mechanical environment.
Skills:
+ APICS/NAPM Certification, GMP & QSR a plus.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
+ Oracle knowledge a plus.
+ Kinaxis / Rapid Response a plus
The annualized base salary range for this role is $122,400 to $204,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
