Distribution Coordinator

Creating outbound truck schedule to align with production schedule. Communication with production and various Stanley Access branches as to delivery and distribution updates. Will handle D365 troubleshooting with regard to deliveries. Working with internal team for various parts shipments throughout United States. Distribute daily shipping logs.

What You Will Do:

+ Coordinates all shipments while utilizing relationships with branches, transit companies, and distributors.

+ Schedule trucking routes utilizing weekly reports.

+ Coordinate all shipping arrangements.

+ Organize and maintain distributor and branch parts orders.

+ Create deliveries in D365 and create and print labels for layout of shipment.

+ Run reports for distributor orders.

+ Communicate daily shipping logs to branches and Customer Service Team.

+ Liaison between branches and transit companies.

What You Need to Succeed:

+ Knowledge of trucking and transportation business

+ D365 knowledge (preferred)

+ Planning and analytical skills

+ Ability to work in fast-paced environment

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Multitask multiple truck routes

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ HS Diploma/GED

+ Years of work-related experience

+ Microsoft Office (preferred)

+ Associates degree (preferred)
