AGRILAND FS is looking for a highly organized, customer focused professional to safely deliver propane and grow the propane business by communicating to customers in home heat, commercial and agriculture markets. This position will cover our Southeast Iowa territory around the Wyman, Columbus Junction, and Crawfordsville area.

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Safely Deliver Propane to customers

    + Communicate regularly with customers and prospects to market propane

    + Promote propane contracts and safety with customers

    + Collect payments and administer credit

    + Assist with customer service and energy operations

    + Collaborate with facility team to build unity and help accomplish company goals

    + Assist with inventory control and team safety

    What we need from you:

    + Prefer a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements / Company can assist you in acquiring license

    + Minimum age of 21 with a very good driving record

    + Strong work ethic and organization skills

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills

    + Demonstrate the ability to work in all weather conditions

    + Good math and problem solving skills
