    Description:

    Position Purpose

    Mercy Care is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **340B Program Administrator** to lead and manage our 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures compliance, drives program optimization, and supports our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care to underserved communities. The Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert, overseeing contract pharmacy relationships, analytics, and regulatory adherence while mentoring staff and supporting business development.

    What You Will Do

    + Lead 340B program operations, ensuring compliance with HRSA, OPA, and Medicaid regulations.

    + Oversee internal and external audits, HRSA recertification, and child site registrations.

    + Manage contract pharmacy relationships and third-party administrator (TPA) software.

    + Analyze financial performance, prepare drug spend forecasts, and support revenue optimization.

    + Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate billing, inventory, and data integrity.

    + Train and mentor staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, and implement new technologies.

    + Monitor drug procurement, pricing exclusions, and shortages to ensure cost-effective alternatives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in retail or hospital pharmacy, with direct 340B program experience.

    + **Preferred:** Business operations, analytics, or revenue cycle experience.

    + **Licensure:** 340B operations certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire); pharmacy technician licensure preferred.

    + **Skills:** Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
