    This is a student worker position that can be full time during the summer month and move to part time once school starts. One must be enrolled in a post-secondary school for fall 2025 in their Junior year or higher. This job may go beyond October pending project needs and student enrollment status.

     

    The primary responsibilities of the graphic designer are to provide graphic design services and advice on digital communication projects. This includes creating images, animations and templates, creating web graphics and working with clients to ensure that final products meet communication needs while complying with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.

     

    MnDOT does not sponsor applicants for visas or Optional Practical Exam for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + **Enrolled in third year of post-secondary school or higher;**

    + **Schooling in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;**

    + **Experience creating and converting content for web, social media and email communications.**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **Schooling in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).**
