    **MercyOne** is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join its premier surgical team in **Mason City, IA** . This dynamic, high-volume, technologically advanced practice offers the full spectrum of surgical services, with opportunities to teach general surgery residents and medical students. J1 and H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply.

    Opportunity Highlights

    • 3 Physician 2 APP Practice

    • Full scope practice: Surgical (laparoscopic, open, robotic), Endoscopy, Rounding & Clinic/ED consults

    • Outreach: 1 day/week

    • Block OR time with DaVinci XI robot

    • OR/ASC 3 days; Clinic 2 days

    • ASC buy-in opportunity

    • Call: 1:4

    • EMR: EPIC

    Compensation & Incentives

    • Base salary: $462,000 with 2-yr income guarantee (production based in Yr-3)

    • Recruitment incentive: $100,000

    • Moving allowance up to $15,000, CME $5000, PTO 30 days/year

    • Paid malpractice and 403(B) match
