Description:
Position Purpose
As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.
What You Will Do:
• Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)
• Promote independence through person-centered plans
• Foster a positive, supportive environment
• Accurately document progress and observations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Participate in training and development
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an organization vehicle
• Local travel and reliable transportation
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire

**Schedule:** This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position
Consistent year-round availability is essential, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Flexible scheduling
• Option to pick up additional shifts
