    Description:

    **Status:** Casual, as needed

    What you will need:

    + Minimum: Possess or be eligible for a valid current Nuclear Medicine license/certificate. This will be either an RT(N) registration through the ARRT or CNMT registration through the NMTCB.

    + Must be able to perform electrocardiographs (EKGS)

    + Must have BLS certification.

    + Must be proficient in venipuncture for injection of radiopharmaceuticals.

    What you will do:

    + Performs all required quality control procedures on gamma cameras, dose calibrator and uptake probe/well counter and logs results.

    + Administers the prescribed radiopharmaceutical and performs all data collection and associated computer interactions as required.

    + Processes image data and evaluates the images for technical quality.

    + Observes patient during the procedure and reports any unusual occurrences to appropriate personnel.
