Full Time, ONSITE

Purpose:

As our Transportation Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our transportation program, ensuring seamless transport for our participants and essential items like meals and medical equipment.

What You'll Do:

+ Lead and supervise our transportation team, handling hiring, training, and competency assessments.

+ Collaborate within our interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our participants.

+ Oversee scheduling software and maintain effective daily communication channels.

+ Coordinate delivery schedules for meals, medical equipment, and supplies.

+ Manage budgetary matters and vehicle maintenance, ensuring participant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

+ Fill in as needed in the transportation department.

+ Handle third-party contracts and maintain vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School diploma required; college degree preferred.

+ A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with the frail or elderly population

+ Two (2) years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting

+ Five (5) years of experience in the transportation industry.

+ Strong administrative and supervisory background.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical demands of the job.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
