Description:
At MercyOne, we serve with compassion and excellence. We’re seeking a **licensed Athletic Trainer** to join our rehabilitation team to support local athletes, prevent injuries, and provide strength and conditioning programs that align with our mission of holistic care.
What You'll Do:
+ Provide immediate care for athletic injuries during high school sporting events
+ Assist physical therapists with exercise and rehabilitation programs
+ Design and implement strength and conditioning plans
+ Serve as a trusted liaison between athletes, families, coaches, and healthcare providers
What You'll Bring:
+ Master's degree in Athletic Training
+ Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
+ BLS Certification required
+ Iowa state licensure (or pending); second state license within six months
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
