Job Duties
As our **Tirak Maintenance Coordinator,** you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 1+ years of experience of mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance to KONE.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
+ Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment and replace defective electrical switches and other fixtures.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns of equipment in the facility.
Hiring requirements
+ Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 25 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, impact wrench, wire cutters, tape measure and other job-related tools.
+ Gross motor ability to kneel, crouch, bend, recline, and climb in a variety of related duties and to drive a forklift.
+ English language development necessary to read safety rules, work orders, instructions in the use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work. This includes electrical safety Lockout/Tagout programs, personal protective equipment and fire safety.
+ Must have an understanding of electrical wiring, AC and DC applications, and mechanical repair.
+ Communication skills necessary to interact with employees, management, and outside contractors.
+ Knowledge of motor controls, welding, and general computer skills.

Salary range in a single location:
The hiring range for this role is $21.74/hour – $28/hour. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals or
KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
