    The Sr. Director, Sales Operations & Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales enablement across Lowe’s Pro Sales organization, encompassing both Residential and Commercial segments. This role leads the design and execution of onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for inside and outside sales teams. With a strong foundation in sales analytics, portfolio planning, and scalable process development, the Sr. Director brings an operational mindset, strong people leadership, and a process-driven approach to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This leader partners closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to identify and address organizational and technological gaps, while managing a high-performing team to deliver initiatives that enhance salesforce effectiveness, support business objectives, and elevate the customer experience.

    What You Will Do

    + Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, training, and continuous development for both field and inside sales teams.

    + Design and implement scalable processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support a high-performing sales organization.

    + Lead portfolio planning and sales analytics to guide strategic decision-making and optimize salesforce effectiveness.

    + Identify customer and operational needs; analyze resources, costs, and forecasts; and integrate findings into actionable business plans.

    + Monitor and improve business processes to drive operational efficiency, including identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

    + Collaborate with Sales Leaders to develop and deploy effective sales methodologies aligned with Lowe’s Pro Sales strategy.

    + Partner with executive leadership to address headcount planning, technology support, and infrastructure needs.

    + Support consultative and services-based selling approaches, with a focus on national accounts and construction-related segments.

    + Lead and manage a high-performing team of directors, managers, and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    + Oversee all aspects of people leadership, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management.

    + Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, applying a strategic lens and operational mindset to all initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree General Education/Business and 10+ Years Experience developing and implementing sales enablement and operations initiatives for field salesforces, data analytics, and performance reporting Experience in retail, a plus

    + 5-7 Years Experience with leading a team with an emphasis on development, accountability, and delivering business results

    Preferred Skills/Education

    + Master's Degree General Education/Business and 3-5 Years Experience leading a large scale salesforce transformation effort Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Omni-channel retail preferred
