Job Summary and Qualifications
The Ecosystem Intelligence Analyst is a key member of the Ecosystem team and supports the Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) leaders to enable their vision and strategy via Intelligence deliverables. In collaboration with the Ecosystem Managers, the Ecosystem Intelligence Analyst collects, analyzes, and creates insight deliverables from various sources (e.g., CB Insights, Pub Med, News Media, AHRQ, professional groups, etc.). These insights fortify DT&I Leadership strategy and decrease impactful unknowns. Reporting to the Ecosystem Director, the Ecosystem Intelligence Analyst is critical to our Intelligence work products.
Major Responsibilities:
+ Work with the Ecosystem Managers, intake and define insight requests from DT&I Leadership and the optimal data sources and outcomes to meet those needs.
+ Leverage fluency in Robotic Process Automation (e.g., UI Path) to quickly pull in potential information resources via ontology.
+ With the Ecosystem Managers, analyze, organize, distill, and effectively communicate insights verbally and through deliverables (e.g., decks, reports).
+ Monitor emerging research and market trends related to digital transformation and prepare communication(s) for dissemination to the larger DT&I group.
+ Ensure accountability and timeliness of Ecosystem’s Intelligence deliverables. Additionally, create ways to prioritize and shift as new requests emerge.
+ Lead establishing SOPs, templates, and automations of Intelligence work products from intake, processing, and delivery.
+ Working with the Director, identify and create novel “self-serve” dashboards for evergreen intelligence needs.
+ Working with the Director, discover and create additional intelligence work products that provide material value.
+ Working with the Director, quantitatively and qualitatively track the value of Intelligence work products and create quarterly and annual report outs.
+ Working with the Ecosystem team, identify, log, and facilitate potential improvements to our work Intelligence work products.
+ As needed, facilitate scheduling to support creating and delivering Intelligence work products.
What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's degree - Required
+ 3+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting insights - Required
+ 3+ years of experience in health and health-related field - Preferred
Work Location/Schedule:
+ Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
+ M-F – 8am-5pm
Travel Required:
+ Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis.
