    Job Summary:

    HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply.

    Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

    + Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.

    + Diverse mix of cases including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds.

    + Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.

    + Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.

    + Weekday is once every 3 weeks, weekend is once every 7 weeks. (Separate in house Nighthawk Team)

    + Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.

    Incentive and Benefits Package:

    + W2 Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services.

    + Start Date bonus up to $75,000/3 yr. commitment.

    + Competitive compensation based on years of experience.

    + Specialty skill stipends available

    + Relocation assistance up to $10,000.

    + $2500 CME stipend.

    + Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based policy).
