    Responsible for leading the strategy to deliver quality Co-Brand products across the overall experience (leveraging our omni-channel opportunities including App, website, loyalty and more). This role coordinates among business stakeholders, developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap that addresses both short term and long-term needs. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. The Co-Brand Senior Product Manager will also prioritize and activate the roadmap, ultimately managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology, pivoting as needed in response to stakeholder and customer needs. The Co-Brand Product Manager is skilled and experienced in generating innovative ideas for growth within their respective areas and must exhibit the ability to lead senior-level Product Managers and/or leads teams of Product Managers that are responsible for higher-profile, more impactful products.

    Your day to day

    + Lead development and implementation of Co-Brand product strategy: future state based on deep understanding of how the business works, incorporating customer insights, markets, competition, and channel/loyalty capabilities as well as the potential “game changing” new functionality and capabilities IHG will require to compete. This should manifest itself in a roadmap of initiatives including small enhancements and test and learn to existing capabilities as well as new product needs.

    + Identify product opportunities, drive strategic planning, and articulate business requirements

    + Applies channel, loyalty and Co-Brand expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action to drive business growth.

    + Drives product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder and guest priorities

    + Work with testing team to craft test plans to ensure data-driven decisioning; use insights to inform priority of work

    + Proactively seek input from stakeholders to align the roadmap against business and customer needs

    + Provides guidance on design of Co-Brand product opportunities while balancing dependencies and integration with other products across the enterprise

    What we need from you

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, User Experience, Customer Experience, Statistics, Business, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienced.

    + 6-8 years of relevant work experience as a Senior Product Manager in a modern software development company

    + Expert knowledge of the IHG digital landscape as well as strong familiarity with competitors and other eCommerce websites to understand trends and best practices. Co-Brand product experience preferred

    + Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products

    + Mastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team

    + Mastery of identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value

    + Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to partners, business teams, senior management and team members. Demonstrated ability to present new concepts, research findings, and business outcomes to various cross-functional team members.

    + Demonstrated program management experience with modern, established product management processes in organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/clients required.

    + Preferred

    + Demonstrated hotel industry knowledge reflecting the entire customer experience journey (reservations – stay – loyalty – on-property, and ongoing relationship management). Co-Brand experience preferred.

    + Interpersonal Savvy: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people

    + Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

    + Organizational Savvy: Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics

    **Location** – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

    **The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $170,000.00** . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
