Job Description
A Fortune 500 client is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to join their team as a Project Manager in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. This role involves coordinating closely with business units and acting as a liaison with agency partners to manage communications, often following a six-week timeline. It requires collaboration with governance, legal, and brand teams, as well as handling requests via email and generating briefs for agency execution. The process includes managing assets and copy through the Workfront platform, reviewing proofs, and ensuring legal approval. Strong communication skills are essential for navigating complex conversations and delivering both positive and negative updates. Attention to detail is critical throughout the process.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years in marketing roles managing marketing campaign go-to-market
-3+ years in CRM managing email and direct mail campaign go-to-market
-3+ years in marketing project management and/or go-to-market coordination
-Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including email design, driving engagement and deliverability, etc.
-Experience managing creative agencies, partners, and stakeholders
-Enterprise level background (working cross functionally with legal and governance) -Entertainment industry experience
-Technology industry experience
-SmartSheet experience
-Bilingual in English and Spanish null
