Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Golang Developer Tech Lead to sit onsite in Hyderabad, India for one of our fastest growing start up clients. This person will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)

Implement efficient data models and database schemas in PostgreSQL

Optimize database queries and ensure high performance for large-scale applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Integrate data storage solutions and ensure data security and compliance

Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

This role can pay 35-40LPA depending on years of experience and skillset.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of experience of software development experience, with a strong focus on Golang architecture

Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning

Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices and working with JSON

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

Familiarity with Kafka

Familiarity with front-end technologies (React) is a plus null
