    Job Description

    Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for the following:

     

    Processing business refunds

     

    Researching outstanding balances

     

    Analyzing business accounts

     

    Processing refund packets up to senior management for approval

     

    Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

     

    Salary is up to $30/HR DOE

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Associates Degree or Relevant Experience

     

    Beginner to Intermediate Excel

     

    Be able to work into spreadsheets and create basic formulas

     

    Pivot Tables & V-Lookups are a plus

     

    Familiarity with Debits/Credits and working within Computer Systems

     

    Prior Customer Account/Service Experience

    Bilingual is a plus null
