    Job Description

    Our Client is looking to bring on a local to Miami Florida, PMO Governance / Resource Demand Analyst that will be responsible for partnering with IT and portfolio leaders to design and manage governance processes, tools, and frameworks that support effective project execution and resource planning. This role ensures the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time, helping to optimize resource allocation and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include improving project management processes, recommending KPIs, documenting procedures, training stakeholders, and supporting hiring and onboarding. The analyst also facilitates resource requests, monitors compliance, and continuously enhances the resource planning lifecycle while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

     

    Over 10 years of experience within PMO for Governance and Resource Management establishing PMO processes/tools

     

    Strong experience in balancing resource capacity with demand planning

     

    Strong skills in business and data analysis for process and status reporting

     

    Hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity or similar enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planview, Daptiv, or Clarizen for resource planning

     

    Strong communicator, able to hold people accountable will be giving executive presentations

     

    o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency

     

    MUST HAVE great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives hold people accountable to drive projects forward null
