Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join one of our clients onsite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in repetitive environments, and brings strong initiative and technical skills to support user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning. This role requires the ability to manage multiple ticket queues and perform with minimal supervision.
Pay Rate $30-$34

Skills and Requirements
25 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, roles, entitlements)
Experience managing file share structures and permissions
Proficient in Office 365 administration
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ticket queues
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a repetitive task environment
Ability to work fully onsite, MondayFriday SailPoint or IdentityNow experience
ServiceNow ticketing system knowledge
Basic scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash (ability to run scripts)
Proficiency in Excel to format data for script input
Understanding of general IAM principles and security concepts
Familiarity with Exchange mailbox permissions
Experience with Unix or AS400 systems
Prior experience in the financial industry null
